PortageForward AI LLC runs RetailTides. This page says what personal information we hold, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Your account details: your email address, your display name and your timezone, and how you want us to contact you.
The product categories you choose to follow, and the notifications we have sent you.
Your plan and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
Basic usage and error information that helps us fix problems. We do not put your email address or password in it.
Signing in
You sign in with an email address and password. If we offer a sign-in with Google, we receive only the name and email address Google shares with you after you agree, and nothing else from your Google account.
Why we use it
To run your account, follow the product categories you chose, send you the notifications you asked for, take payment for your plan and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use providers to host the service, store data, send email and take payment. They may handle your information only to do that work for us.
We send the emails you asked for and messages about your account. Each notification email has a link to change your preferences or stop that kind of email.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal information, except what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
Your choices
You can see and change your profile and communication preferences in your account. You can ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to marksherwood.az@gmail.com. We reply to every message within two business days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email first.
