Terms of service

These terms are between you and PortageForward AI LLC ("we", "us") and cover your use of RetailTides. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

RetailTides follows the product categories you choose and sends you email when a category is likely to have good deals, based on past price history. It is information to help you decide. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and we do not promise that a category will have deals or that a price will change.

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free.

Your account

You must give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at marksherwood.az@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

Plan and price

The RetailTides subscription costs $12 per year (pricing may change) and lets you follow up to 5 product categories at a time. Billed once a year through our payment provider. The price may change before it is final.

We will tell you before a price changes. A new price applies from your next billing period, and you may cancel before then.

Free trial

The free trial runs until March 1, 2027. It is for pre-beta testers and needs no card. Nothing is charged during it.

We may end a trial that is being misused. Charging starts only if you choose a plan after the trial and confirm it with our payment provider.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payments are taken by our payment provider. Our cancellation policy and our refund and dispute policy are part of these terms.

Cancel any time from Your plan in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Payments are not refunded for a partial year. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: do not try to break it, overload it, reach another person's account or data, or use it to break the law.

Ending your use

You may stop using RetailTides at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PortageForward AI LLC is not liable for losses that come from relying on a notification, or from a notification that is late or missing. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the changes matter, we will tell you by email before they apply.
